You are required to meet with a volunteer screener to have your paperwork reviewed and any questions answered before leaving your forms for us to prepare and review in your absence. You will be required to sign a document (14446) stating you are authorizing our volunteers to work on your return remotely. A volunteer can answer any questions you have regarding your return at this time, we will call you when you return is completed, and you will be required to return to a site when we have checkout hours available.
